Tetap and Tanpa are not the same

Educatio is important and my friend only got the secondary form 1 education telling me that the skin care product she saw on the magazine.

Here's what it says, tanpa rasa sakit which means without any pain.

But she told me that it says, tetap rasa sakit which means remain very pain! That's obviously two different sentences.

You have no idea I have a good laugh about it because you can spell it correctly, tan pa I have no idea how she can spell it as te tap. I need to explain many times so she can understand what I am saying to her.
