How to use this product? First wash the feet the drying feet, then wear the included items individually toed socks on both feet, then cove with plastic socks. You can put tape around the sock or on top of the sock.
Leave on feet for 2 hours and allow the gel to absorb into the skin. After 2 hours remove the pack and wash feet gently with soap. The dead skin cells start becoming dry between three to seven days after the initial application and start to peel off due to the friction caused by everyday life.
