Lookimg at the square feet, the premise is too small for me. Cramp if got more that 3 children. But, buying it for future investment is great. Nowadays, to buy a house is not that easy bcoz prices are too high. Especially there in Klang Valley.

I like the design and the layout because it's simple. However, I think these only suits couples without children because they are too small. For families with children, I don't really think it suits them

Indeed property investment is a good choice, provided must be have ability to pay monthly instalment. Will look into this property, seems strategic location at shah alam.
The design simple and elegant. I prefer to have a house like this. Easy to take care and the surrounding is good too. A perfect place to buy my first house.
