I love taking care of my skin, I remembered during my pregnancy I have dry skin. I even have dry itchy skin I need to use suitable shower gel product as not suitable for me during pregnancy. I will apply moisturiser for my face. To keep healthy I drink wate intake at least one to two liters a day. I choose mild cleanser for my face seldom use the deep pore cleansers, exfoliators, daily scrubs, acids, that are harsh on skin.
Don't forget that sleeping in air con room do make our skin dry & dehydrated, we need to drink plenty of water and use the correct skin care product to take care our skin.
